Recently, Dr. Daniel Cáceres published a paper entitled “Accumulation by Dispossession and Socio-Environmental Conflicts Caused by the Expansion of Agribusiness in Argentina”. The article was published in the Journal of Agrarian Change, which is a high-visibility journal in the socio-ecological research area. The paper analyzes the social and environmental impacts caused by the expansion of agribusiness in central Argentina, and the social struggle that has arisen to resist this process.
