Geovana Carreño

Geovana is a postdoctoral researcher at the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF) based at CATIE in Turrialba, Costa Rica. Her research topics involve land use change effects in taxonomic and functional diversity of plant community; ecosystem processes and services at household and landscape level. Her PhD research focused on how changes in functional diversity -associated with land use change- influence primary productivity and decomposition rates moist forest in Bolivia.
